QM BRIGHT83: We have Customized kaolin grades 1.QM BRIGHT83 & 2.QM BRIGHT85 for Paint and Paper Applications. Paint Application: QM BRIGHT83 is filler grade hydrous kaolin powder that helps improve the Rheology properties of paint system and reduce cracking of the pint after drying. BRIGHT83 is specially designed product to meet the requirement of premium emulsion paints and Primers. BRIGHT83 also improve the opacity of the paint system and enamel hold out. This product is recommended for High and Medium PVC Water based paints, Primers formulations and coatings.

QM BRIGHT85: QM BRIGHT85 is Higher brighter Functional filler Grade hydrous kaolin powder, it’s a fine particle size kaolin clay with exceptional optimize Brightness, Sheen & Gloss, Whiteness and Shade. QM BRIGHT85 is an Extender in special High and Medium PVC water based Paints requiring high gloss and Opacity. Its Improves Suspension, rhelogy properties, Texture, Viscosity, Optical properties and Mechanical properties of Paint and Primer formulations. (Flat / Matt / Eggshell Finish)

Paper Application: QM BRIGHT83 & BRIGHT85 are the most extensively used as additive in the Manufacturing of Paper. The Significant properties of BRIGHT85 such as controlled particle size distribution, platy particle shape, low Viscosity and Non-abrasiveness enables it in paper filling and pre- coating application. These are specially engineered products that are an Excellent choice as primary filler and coating agent in newsprint/ Writing and Printing Paper to enhancing the very good Opacity, smoothness, Brightness, Degree of Gloss, whiteness, Printability and providing the right basics to build the Papers. It also works well with coated duplex paperboard because of its unique shade and improved color tone. QM RUBBER CLAY: QM RUBBER CLAY is a Reinforcing filler in rubber products. Its helps to improve the physical properties of the final rubber product including improving Tensile, Stiffness, Abrasion resistance, The durability and rigidity. Optimum bulk density and Minimal moisture content makes it specialized product for rubber filler. A Portion of the carbon black and silica could be replaced with QM RUBBER CLAY without sacrificing rubber properties by using this cost effective filler. In plastics, QM RUBBER CLAY Kaolin helps improve impact and tensile strength, warp resistance, electrical and chemical resistance, and enhances smoothness and brightness.
